Solomiya Krushelnytska (1872-1952) is the prominent Ukrainian opera singer, widely-known in the world. She possesed a unique dramatically-lyrical soprano — a phenomenon in opera art in the end of ХІХ — first half of ХХ с. Solomiya Krushelnytska appeared on the stages of well-known European and American theatres, her opera partners were such Italian singers as Enrico Karuzo, Titta Ruffo, Mattia Battistini.

The museum occupies the first floor of the house that belonged to S. Krushelnytska. Here the actress lived during her last years. The museum exposition is located in seven rooms and contains original materials of the end of XIX — the first half of XX c. Here everything resembles the prominent opera prima donna: original photoes in old frames, playbills, private things of S. Krushelnytska.

The exposition sections depicts the life and stage activities of the songstress. Each room with its own interior presents the bright moments of S. Krushelnytska's life. It transfers the museum excursion into exciting trip both in time and in space. One can visit countryside in Podillya and the salon in the actress's Italian villa; the opera stage and side-scene. Together with the actress you will travel along famous opera scenes, get closer to her friends and family. And, in conclusion, you will hear the unique voice of the Great Singer, recorded at the beginning of XX c.

The vocal and instrumental music concerts which are very popular among music lovers are constantly held in the museum 'Salon'.
