On the first floor there are 2 rooms (each one has a double bed and bunk bed, commode, TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC, hair dryer). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 2 boilers (80 l and 60 l).

In the house nearby on the first floor there is a two-room suite (a sitting room — folding sofa, TV set, table with chairs, a kitchenette — electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink; a bedroom — bunk bed for 3 persons, balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a boiler for 80 l.

The hosts live separately.

In front of the house there is a terrace. There is a gazebo, a swing, barbecue facilities and a swimming pool outside.
