Three-storey cottage with 10 rooms, gazebos, barbecue facilities and a children's playground.

On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace and a TV set, an equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a hall with a couch.
The hosts live separately.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: hot and cold water is available 24 hours.

Double room (8 rooms) has a double bed, a TV set, a wardrobe and a bathroom (shower, WC).


Block suites (2 suites) are 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom (shower, WC). Each room has a double bed, a TV set and a wardrobe.

Meals:
Half board — 200 UAH.
Cooking facilities are available in summer.
It is 1 km to the nearest store and restaurant.
Service includes:
Parking.
Rooms are cleaned on request, bed linen and towels (1 per person) are changed every 3 days.
Extra charge service:
Transport services (by car, by mini bus), inc. transfers to the ski lifts, journey to the mountains.
