Two-storey wooden cottage with 8 beds, a gazebo, barbecue facilities.
On the ground floor there is a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a double room (double bed, TV set, wardrobe) and a bathroom (shower, WC).
On the first floor there is a lounge with a couch and a TV set, 3 double rooms (single or double beds, wardrobe) and a bathroom (WC).

On the socle floor there is a sauna for 5-6 persons.
The hosts live in the neighbouring house.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 50 l boiler.
Meals:
It is available by agreement, home-cooked cuisine.
Kitchen facilities (cooker, microwave oven, fridge) are available.
Service includes:
Parking.
Kitchen facilities.
Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels (2 per person) are changed every 3 days.
Extra charge service:
Sauna — 300 UAH per hour.
Transfers to the lodge and ski lifts. It is 2 km to the nearest ski lift ('Politekhnika').
