Each room has a TV set and a wardrobe.

The nearest ski lift on Politekhnik mountain is 200 m far, on Pohar mountain — 1.2 km far, on Trostyan mountain — 3.2 km far.

Sightseeing tours: to Kamyanka waterfall, Khashchovansky lake, Dovbush rocks, Tustan fortress, Shypit waterfall, Synevyr Lake (tours should be arranged in advance).
Hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, sleigh rides in winter.
Nearby the cottage there are tennis courts and a big swimming pool.
