Three-storey house for 12-14 persons
On the ground floor there is a sauna;
a dining room (tables with benches);

This floor has a private entrance. On the first floor there is a lounge room with a TV set and a couch;
the hosts' room.
On the second floor there is a kitchen with a sitting room (gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, TV set);
2 triple rooms (each one has a double bed or 2 single beds, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, a bathroom — WC, one room has a shower);
a double room (double bed, TV set, wardrobe, folding armchair, bathroom — WC, shower). Heating: hot-water, stove.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Wooden cottage for 4 persons
There is a foreroom (fridge, tableware, electric kettle) and 2 double rooms (double bed, TV set, balcony, bathroom — WC, shower) in the cottage. Heating: gas convectors.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
Uninterruptible power supply.
In the yard there is a gazebo, barbecue facilities and a pond with fish.

Half board — 350 UAH.
Cooking facilities.
Dishes are cooked in kolyba (wooden hut with 50 seats). Traditional Ukrainian cuisine.
Locally made dairy foodstuffs, vegetables.

Transfers from the railway station.
Rooms are cleaned daily, towels (1 per person) are changed on request, bed linen is changed every week.
