Approach — ground road.

Two-storey house, that is divided for 2 parts, for 28 persons. There are 2 gazebos, a swing and barbecue facilities nearby the house. Right aisle:
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen;
a sitting room with a fireplace (TV set, couch);
and 2 saparate bathrooms (WC, shower).
On the first floor there are 4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms.
Left aisle:
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is an equipped kitchen, 2 two-room suites and 2 one-room suites.
On the second floor there are 3  one-room suites.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Double room (4 rooms) has a double bed, a wardrobe. A separated bathrooms (WC, shower) on the groud floor.
Triple room (2 rooms) has a double bed, a folding armchair, wardrobe. A separated bathrooms (WC, shower) on the groud floor. One-room suites has a double bed, which can be drawn together, wardrobe, TV set, bathroom (WC, shower). A bathroom has WC only in three suites, and a shower is shared on the ground floor. Two-room suites has a bedroom (2 single beds, which can be drawn together), a sitting room (sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set) and a bathroom (WC, shower).

Cooking facilities (cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven).
Half board or full board should be arranged for groups (more then 10 persons) in advance.
The nearest café and a shop are 600 m far.

Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed every 5 days.

Transfers to the ski lifts. The nearest Trostyan and Zakhar Berkut ski lifts are 4 km far.

Hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, fishing, horseback riding.
