The hotel has 13 rooms, 3 cottages (from 8 to 12 persons each), apartment, kolyba (wooden hut), gazebos with barbecue facilities, children's and sports playgrounds, a shop, a sauna with a cold pool, a conference room, ski rental agency, a reception with a lounge room, a big fenced territory, the river is 200 m far. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Semi deluxe suite (20-26 m²) has a double bed, a sofa bed or folding armchair, a TV set, a wardrobe, a balcony and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). Deluxe suite is a studio suite (29-32 m²) is conditionally divided into a sitting room and a bedroom; it has a double bed, a couch, a TV set, a fridge, an electric kettle, tableware, safe, a wardrobe, a balcony and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer).
Two-storey apartment
On the ground floor there is a sitting room (2 sofa beds, fireplace, TV set, wardrobe, fridge);

On the ground floor there is a sitting room (couch, TV set, fireplace, entrance to the terrace), a kitchen (cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils), a corridor (wardrobe, ironing board), a bathroom (WC), a laundry and a garage. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (double bed, folding armchair, wardrobe) and a bathroom (WC, shower, hairdryer). There is a private bathroom in one bedroom. Сottage is leased wholly.

In the hotel the rate includes breakfast.
Dinner — 400 UAH.
Half or full board should be arranged. Kolyba with 90 seats.

The nearest ski lift is 100 m far (Politekhnik), Trostyan mountain foot is about 4 km far, Vysoky Verh mountain ski lifts (Zakhar Berkut) are 8 km far.
