In Oryavchyk village, in Tysovets tract, part of Skolivski Beskydy National Park, 6 km from Tysovets ski centre.
Asphalted road makes an approach to the hotel, last 1,2 km of the approach is gravel road.

10 wooden cottages: 5 double cottages, 2 cottages for 4 persons, 1 cottage for 6 persons, 1 two-tier cottage, 1 cottage Train of Dreams. Every cottage has a sauna and an equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, electric kettle).
Kolyba-dining room (built in a traditional Hutsul style), an outdoor swimming pool (heated), a children's swimming pool and a playground for children, a ski lift, a large territory, an apiary and a forest nearby. Heating: hot-water in each cottage; in the cottage #10 there are electric convector heaters, air conditioner.
Water supply: cold water (from a well) and hot water is available 24 hours.

Cottages #1 and 2 (double cottages) On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a TV set and a fireplace, a kitchen, a sauna and a bathroom (WC, shower).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a balcony.
Extra beds are made by folding beds in the sitting room.
Cottages #4 and 5 (for 4 persons) On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a TV set and a fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen area and a sauna and a bathroom (WC, shower).
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one has a bathroom with a bathtub and the other one has a bathroom with a shower.
Extra beds are made by a sofa bed in the sitting room.
Cottage #3 (for 6 persons) On the ground floor there is a sitting room combined with a dining room, with TV set and a fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom (WC, shower).
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one has a bathroom with a bathtub, the other one has a bathroom with a shower.
On the socle floor there is a shower, a sauna and billiards.
Extra beds are made by a sofa bed in the sitting room and folding armchairs in the bedrooms.
Cottage #7 (double cottage) of Econom class On the first floor there is a kitchen (fridge, table, electric kettle, tableware), a bedroom (single and two-tier beds, TV set, wardrobe), a bathroom (shower, WC). Heating: electric convectors.

Holiday house In the house there is a playroom (billiards, aerohockey), 2 bedrooms (double bed or two-tier beds, wardrobe), a kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, table with chairs) and a separate bathroom (WC; shower).
Eighth cottage (for 2-4 persons) In the cottage there is a sitting room (double bed,a TV set, electric cooker, electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge, tableware, sink, table), a bedroom (double bed, clothes hanger), a bathroom (shower, WC), sauna.
Two-tier cottage #9 (700 m from the hotel) In the cottage there is a double bed, a clothes hanger, a TV set, a kitchen area (electric cooker, fridge, tableware, sink) and a bathroom (shower, WC), a wood-heated sauna. On the second tier there is made by mattress for 2 persons.
Cottage #10 (Train of Dreams) In the cottage there is a sitting room (sofa bed, table with chairs, TV set, a balcony; a kitchenette — electric stove, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils); 2 bedrooms (each one has a double bed, commode); a bathroom (shower, WC); wood-heated sauna.

By car
Follow the international road М-06, in Kozyova village turn towards Oryavchyk village after the Tysovets sign, pass the village, turn to the right and drive up the road, it is about 1 km to the hotel, then once again turn to the right and drive up the road. In winter the approach to the hotel is quite complicated for cars. Transfer and parking with quarding is free.
