13 wooden cottages: 5 double cottages, 4 cottages for 4 persons, 1 cottage for 6 persons, 1 two-tier cottage, 1 cottage Train of Dreams, 1 chalet Light.
Every cottage has a sauna and an equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, electric kettle).
Kolyba-dining room (built in a traditional Hutsul style), an outdoor swimming pool (heated), a children's swimming pool and a playground for children, a ski lift, a large territory, an apiary and a forest nearby.
Heating: hot-water in each cottage; in the cottage #10 there are electric convector heaters, air conditioner, in the cottage #11, 12 — hot-air and electric convector heaters, in the Light chalet there are electric convector heaters and a fireplace.
Water supply: cold water (from a well) and hot water is available 24 hours, in the Light chalet cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 150 l boiler.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room combined with a dining room, with TV set and a fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom (WC, shower).
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one has a bathroom with a bathtub, the other one has a bathroom with a shower.
On the socle floor there is a shower, a sauna and billiards.
Extra beds are made by a sofa bed in the sitting room and folding armchairs in the bedrooms.
