On a closed area there is a two-storey house with 4 rooms (for 10 persons), a children's playground, a trampoline and a swing.
There is a vat, a table with benches and a barbecue nearby on the river bank.
On the ground floor there is a lounge (table with chairs, clothes hanger);
a kitchen (gas cooker, kitchen hearth, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table, TV set);
a sitting room with a fireplace (sofa bed, TV set);
a double room (double bed, wardrobe);
a separate bathroom (shower, washbasin; separately — WC).
On the first floor there is a lounge with an entrance to the terrace;
