In Mykulychyn village, 900 m far from the village centre and 700 m from the road Lviv–Rakhiv–Mukachevo, 25 km far from Bukovel ski resort.
The lodge is located on the banks of the Prut river. There is a forest nearby.

There are 2 cottages, a veranda (tables with benches), a terrace with jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, swing, recreation area. Two-storey cottage for 6 persons (+3).

two-room apartment — kitchen (induction cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table);
2 double rooms (each one has a double bed, commode, TV set);
a bathroom (shower, WC, hair dryer).
On the first floor (separate entrance from the outside) there is a one-room apartment — double bed, commode, TV set; a kitchenette — induction cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining table; a bathroom (shower, WC). There is an outlet to the terrace. Each apartment can have an extra bed — folding bed.
Heating: electric convector heaters.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler.
