Each part is two-storey and has a separate entrance from the outside. One part has 4 rooms, another part has a kitchen and 3 rooms. One part consists of:
on the ground floor there are 2 triple rooms (each has a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC). On the firt floor there are 2 triple rooms (each has a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, 2 balconies; a bathroom — shower, WC).

The other part consists of:
on the ground floor there is a kitchen (gas stove, multicooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table);
2 triple rooms (2 single beds that can be moved together, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC).
On the firt floor there are 2 triple rooms (each has 2 single beds that can be moved together, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, 2 balconies; a bathroom — shower, WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

There is a dining room with fireplace for 40 persons (tables with benches, TV set). Breakfast, lunch, dinner — should be arranged.
Cooking facilities are available (for those who live in the second part of the house).
The nearest cafè is 5 km far and grocery store is 200 m far.
