Get to Ivano-Frankivsk, then follow the road Lviv-Rakhiv-Mukachevo (H-09), to Mykulychyn village. In Mykulychyn drive about 5 km from the bus station towards Tatarov. Then turn right towards the "Оселя" (Oselya) sign board drive 100 m and turn left to the cottage.
