There is a two-storey cottage for 6-7 persons, a sauna with a lounge room and a medical vat on the territory. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a sitting room (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, dining table, fireplace, sofa bed, TV set);
a bathroom (shower, WC).
On the first floor there is a lounge with a folding armchair;
2 double rooms (each has a double bed, TV set, balcony). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler.

The nearest cafe is 700 m far and a grocery store is 300 m far.
