Not far from the cottages there is a forest, and it is 200 m to the river where you can swim in summer.
Ground road makes an approach to the cottages.

The first floor has its own entrance. There is a dining room (TV set, kitchenette — electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, sink, kitchen utensils), 2 double rooms (double bed, wardrobe, TV set), 3 triple rooms (double bed, folding sofa, wardrobe, TV set) and 3 bathrooms (shower, WC).
The entire floor can be leased be rent.
Separate wooden cottage for 4-6 persons
On the ground floor — suite with sauna (bedroom — double bed, wardrobe, TV set; sauna; kitchenette — fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, sink, tableware; bathroom — shower, WC). The floor can be leased as a separate apparment (sauna included). On the first floor — 2 double rooms (double beds), a lounge room (sofa bed, satellite TV, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, tableware) and a bathroom (WC, shower).
Sauna for those who rent the entire cottage is included.
Two-storey wooden cottage for 4-6 persons
On the ground floor there is a kitchen (microwave owen, fridge, electric kettle, sink, tableware and cooking facilities, table), a sitting room (couch, TV set) and a bathroom (WC). On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (double bed, wardrobe, TV set, balcony and a bathroom — shower, WC). Extra beds — couches. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available round the clock.

Traditional Ukrainian and Hutsul cuisine. Breakfast — 100 UAH, lunch or dinner — 200 UAH.
In the café (24 seats) à la carte. Festive meal — on request.

Rooms are cleaned on request, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days (2 towels per person).

• bigger (5-10 persons) — 2000-2500 UAH per 2 hours.

Rate includes towels, slippers, Carpathian tea with honey. Transfer from the railway station both in Yaremche and in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Summer swimming pool (for guests of cottages store are 500 m far from the house). Tours, hiking, picking up mushrooms and berries, fishing, horseback riding and sleigh rides in winter.
Transfers to the ski lifts both in Vorokhta and in Bukovel.
Table tennis, trampoline.
Quad bikes for hire, tours to the mountains — 1000 UAH per hour.

By public transport
Get to Ivano-Frankivsk by train, then by bus or by train Lviv–Rakhiv or by diesel vehicle go to Mykulychyn village. The hosts can pick you up both at the railway station and at the bus station.

By car
Get to Ivano-Frankivsk, then follow the road H-09, in Mykulychyn village cross the bus station, after the bridge take a turn to the right.
