The first floor has its own entrance from the outside. There is a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink);

a triple room (double bed, folding sofa);
2 adjacent rooms (one room has 2 single beds, sofa bed, table, TV, another room has a double bed, wardrobe);
2 bathrooms (shower, bidet, WC; WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

In the yard there are barbecue facilities, a gazebo and a swing.

Half board should be requested in advance (approximate rate — 200 UAH).

The nearest café and store are 150 m far.
At hosts you can buy a goat's milk, wine, herbal teas, honey, mushrooms.
