European style modern three-storey house with 9 rooms. On the ground floor there is a fireplace lounge (fireplace, leather couch, TV set, coffee table), a kitchen with all kitchen equipment, a dining room for 18 persons, a sauna, a recreation room (Pool billiards, table tennis), a conference room and two bathrooms (WC, shower, hairdryer).
Original art works are used in the interior. On the first floor there is a corridor (sofa, coffee table) and 5 rooms. Room 1 (12 m²) has a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a TV set and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Room 2 (39 m²) has a double bed, a double sofa bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a TV set, a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a balcony. Room 3 (14 m²) has a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV set and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Room 4 (26 m²) has a double bed, a sofa bed and an armchair, a wardrobe, a TV set, a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a balcony. Room 5 (35 m²) has a double bed, a double sofa bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a TV set, a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a balcony. On the second floor there is a recreation room (couch, table and chairs, TV set, a corridor (couch, table, fridge), 4 rooms in the mansard and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
Room 6 (10 m²) has a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a coat rack. Room 7 (39 m²) has a double sofa bed and an armchair, a deckchair, a chest of drawers and a coat rack.
Room 8 (17 m²) has a rattan couch, a deckchair, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a table. Room 9 (35 m²) has a rattan couch, a deckchair, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a table. Heating: hot water (an electric boiler room and a solid-fuel boiler room).
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
Electricity supply: a private power substation.

Breakfast — 130 UAH.
Lunch and dinner are available on request; Ukrainian cuisine.
Cooking facilities (microwave, fridge, electric kettle).

Guarded parking for 8 cars, the territory is illuminated at night.

Nearest ski runs with ski lifts are located in Yablunytsya, Vorokhta and in “Bukovel” ski resort in Polyanytsya village.

To Ivano-Frankivsk by train, then by bus, by Lviv  — Rakhiv train or by any train going to Tatariv.

By car
Follow the H-09 road from Ivano-Frankivsk to Tatariv village. In Tatariv turn after the sign ‘Vorokhta/ Verkhovyna’ (road P-24), pass the railway crossing, 20 m away turn left down to the river, cross the bridge and turn left to the Hradny Uzviz lodge.
