Go by any train of Uzhgorod direction to Volovets station, then  — go by bus (except Saturdays and Sundays) to Synevyrska Polyana village with a change in Mizhgirya. Another variant — go by bus Mizhgirya, then go by bus or take a taxi to Synevyrska Polyana.

Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn to Volovets and go towards Mizhgirya. In the village center turn towards Synevyr lake sign board and go about 35 km Synevyrska Polyana village. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
