There are 3 two-storey cottages (24 persons), a two-level cottage, a kolyba for 100 persons with a restaurant and a room for 6 persons, 2 summer cottages, a children's playground, gazebos with barbecue facilities, a museum and a pond in the yard.

Two-storey cottages (6-8 persons)
On the ground floor there is a sitting room (2 folding sofas, TV set, music center), kitchen facilities and a bathroom (WC, shower). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (double bed, TV set, balcony) and a bathroom (WC, bath). There is an extra bed (folding sofa) in one room. Heating: electric convectors.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.

Two-level cottage (2 persons)
On the first level there is a sitting room (folding sofa, cabinet, TV set, kitchenette — microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, table, chairs) and a bathroom (shower, WC).
On the second level there is a bedroom (double bed, TV set). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Room above the restaurant (kolyba)
Room for 6 persons has 3 double beds, a TV set, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and a bathroom (WC).
Summer cottage Each cottage has 2 single beds.

À la carte service in the kolyba. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. Еnvironmentally friendly products (milk, sour cream, cheese, eggs, mushrooms).
Breakfast — till 50 UAH, dinner — till 70 UAH. The nearest shop is within 700 m.

Go by any train of Uzhgorod direction to Volovets station, then go by bus (except for Saturdays and Sundays) to Synevyrska Polyana village with a change in Mizhgirya. Another variant — go by bus to Mizhgirya, then go by bus to Synevyrska Polyana or go by taxi.

Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (M-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn to Volovets, go towards Mizhgirya. In the village centre turn towards Synevyr lake sign board and go about 30 km to Synevyrska Polyana village. Picking up by the hosts is available (should be arranged).
