a triple room (bunk bed, clothes hanger, TV set, balcony);
a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
On the first floor there are 2 double rooms (double bed, clothes hanger, balcony);
a room for 4 persons (double bed and bunk bed, clothes hanger, TV set, balcony). Heating: electric convector heaters.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — a 100 l boiler.

By public transport
Go by any train of Uzhgorod direction to Volovets station, then go by bus (except for Saturdays and Sundays) to Synevyrska Polyana village with a change in Mizhgirya. Another variant — go by bus to Mizhgirya village, then go by bus or take a taxi to Synevyrska Polyana village.

By car
Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (М-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn towards Volovets village and go to Mizhgirya. In the village centre turn towards Synevyr lake sign board and go about 30 km to Synevyrska Polyana village. In Synevyrska Polyana village from the turn to Synevyr lake go about 3 km to the cottage (on the left side of the road).
