There are 2 two-storey cottages (each for 8 persons) and a cottage with apartment, a sauna, a bath with jacuzzi, gazebos, barbecue facilities, swings, a swimming pool and a pond. Heating: hot-water.

Vesna (Spring) apartment (for 4-5 persons):
a kitchen with shhashlyk house (barbecue facilities, kiitchen utensils, sink);
2 double rooms (each has a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, TV set, a bathroom — shower, WC). Two-storey cottage for 8 people (above the pool)
The cottage has a kitchen (induction cooker, microwave oven, sink, kiitchen utensils);
4 double rooms — double bed, TV set, fridge, electric kettle, a bathroom (shower, WC). One room has an extra bed — a sofa.
Each room has a separate entrance.

In the cottage there is a kitchen (induction cooker, microwave oven, sink, kitchen utensils);
4 two-room double suites (3 — 32 sq.m, 1 — 40 sq.m).
All rooms have a lounge room, a bedroom (double bed), a TV set, a fridge and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). Extra bed for children — folding sofa in lounge room. All suites have separate entrances. There is a fireplace in a bigger suite.
On the first floor there is a balcony.

Meals are available in the canteen. The rate should be arranged. Ukrainian cuisine.
Cooking facilities are available.
Transfer to the market (twice a week).

Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every 5 days and towels are changed on request.

Transfers from the railway station and to the ski lifts (the nearest ski lifts are in Vorokhta — 2 km and in Bukovel — 14 km from the cottage).

Birthday and corporate parties arrangement, Hutsul musicians can be invited.
Sauna for 6 persons with a summer outdoor swimming pool — 300 UAH per hour. There is a lounge room with a fireplace, a bathroom (WC, shower).
Bath with jacuzzi for 4 persons — 1500 UAH per 2 hours.

Skiing equipment for both adults and children for hire, instructor's service.
There is the own lake with trouts (450 UAH per kg).
