One-storey wooden cottage for 4-6 persons There is a hallway (clothes hanger), a sitting room (folding sofa, fireplace, TV, music centre, table), a kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, sink, kitchen utensils, bar counter, table with benches), 2 double rooms (double bed, clothes hanger) and a bathroom (WC, shower, bidet). There is a big gazebo with barbecue facilities, children's playground and a hammock.

Three-storey wooden cottage for 6-8 persons On the ground floor there is a dining room and a kitchen, where it is allowed to cook (fridge, gas cooker). On the first floor there are 4 double rooms (double bed, TV set, clothes hanger, balcony, bathroom — WC, shower). It is possible to use the separate entrance for each room. The cottage is located by the bank of the Pistynka river. There is a gazebo and a barbecue facilities, nearby there is a forest.

The hosts live separately.
All constructions are built of eco-friendly materials (wood, clay), the interior is decorated in traditional Hutsul style.

Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
