Three-storey house with 7 rooms (14 persons). Near the house there is a swimming pool, children's playground, barbecue facilities, gazebo and a beach by the river. On the ground floor there is a reception, a lounge a fireplace (couch, TV set, DVD, karaoke), a bathroom (WC), a restaurant on 20 seats (TV set, aquarium) and 2 semi deluxe suites.
On the first floor there is a semi deluxe suite, a semi deluxe suite 2+1 type, 2 deluxe suites and VIP deluxe suite.
In the basement there is a sauna and billiards.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours (spring water).

Semi deluxe suite has a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a commode, a small table, a TV set, chairs and a bathroom (WC, hydromassage box, hairdryer, towels dryer). Semi deluxe suite 2+1 type has a sofa bed for 2 persons, a single bed, a small table, chairs, a wardrobe, a TV set and a bathroom (WC, hydromassage box, hairdryer, towels dryer). Two-tier deluxe suite has a sitting room on the ground tier (couch, small table, wardrobe, commode, chairs, TV set), a bedroom on the second tier (double bed, wardrobe, small table, chairs) and a bathroom (WC, hydromassage box, hairdryer, towels dryer). Extra beds — couch in the sitting room. VIP deluxe suite is a hexahedral two-tier tower-like suite: a sitting room on the ground tier (semicircular sofa bed for 2 persons, small table, armchair, chairs, wardrobe, commode, wood-burning fireplace, TV set), a bedroom on the second tier (6 observation windows, round double bed, 2 standing lamps) and a bathroom (WC, hydromassage box, hairdryer, towels dryer). Extra beds — sofa bed in the sitting room. Each room has a mini bar, an air conditioner, an inner telephone and a balcony or a terrace.

In the restaurant à la carte. Hutsul dishes, made of locally grown, pollution-free foodstuffs.

Go along the road Kolomyja — Kosiv P-24, in Pistyn village turn towards Sheshory village, in Sheshory village go to the Arkan restaurant, cross the bridge and turn to the right, go 150 m more, the lodge is on the right side of the road.
