Near the hotel there are 2 two-storey cottages, garden, gazebo and barbecue facilities, a children's playground and a swing.
There is a river nearby to swim in summer. Cottage with 5 rooms (for 8-12 persons) On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dinnerware, dishwasher), a sitting room with a fireplace (dinner table, TV set) and a bathroom (WC, shower). On the first floor there are 3 double rooms (double bed or 2 single beds, two rooms have TV sets), 2 single rooms (single bed) and a bathroom (WC, shower). One double room has a children's bed. Cottage is leased wholly.

On the first floor with a private entrance there is a apartment with a kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, sink, kitchen utensils), terrace with wicker furniture, a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, TV set, extra bed — folding sofa) and a bathroom (WC, shower, laundry).
