On the second floor (attic) there are 2 double standard rooms (25 m², each one has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, table with chairs, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle; a bathroom — shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer). Rooms can be combined. Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

There is a gazebo and a swimming pool outside.

Cooking facilities are available. The nearest café and grocery store are 200 m far.
