The Picture Gallery was founded in 1995. Today it is the centre of art promotion in the region. 15-18 various exhibitions are held here during the year. Local artists and foreign ones participate in them.

Besides, the gallery organizes plein-airs each year for local artists. The works from plein-airs — landscapes, portraits and still lives — serve as a base for future exhibitions. The gallery's exhibition square is 200 m².

Before Easter the gallery usually organizes master-classes of egg painting.

10:00–18:00; closed on Sunday and Monday.
