Museum exhibition since 1989 is located in the former Pototsky palace - the architectural monument, it is Chervonohrad department of Lviv Museum of the History of Religion. There are 4 halls. One of them is devoted to the city's history, others serve as exhibition halls for private collections or personal exhibitions of modern artists.
The museum was opened in 1981 during the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Chervonohrad. It contains almost 1000 exhibits - unique samples of local folk art. Black-and-white embroidery, marriage folk suits are of great interest.
