The museum just starts its work. All the exhibits were collected by local people. Here in the village each woman can embroider and hook. The museum is also a kind of a club for women. It is also the place for interesting meetings and master-classes.

Embroidery in Tovshchiv has its own manner and its own code. The towels, tableclothes and shirts have picturesque colours. The yellow-hot colour as a symbol of soul generosity prevails. Once a week the local masters-embroiderers come to the museum room to exchange experience. One can order here an exclusive work of local masters.
