Crushed–stone road makes an approach to the cottage.

There are 2 two-storey cottages, 2 gazebos (one is covered with barbecue facilities), barbecue facilities, a swing and a childrens' playground in the yard.
Cottages are located on the mountain meadow, there is a forest and Mahura mountain nearby. Cottage #1 (for 6 persons)
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace (TV set, sofa bed), a kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, tableware) and a bathroom (WC, shower).
On the first floor there are 2 double rooms and an entrance to the balcony.
Each room has 2 single beds, which can be drawn together, a TV set, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower). Cottage #2 (for 6 persons)
On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace (TV set) and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, tableware), double room.
