Go by bus from the bus station of Ivano-Frankivsk region. It usually runs every hour. There is also a direct night bus from Kyiv to Verkhovyna (departure at 21:40 from the bus station).

There is also regular traffic between Verkhovyna and Kosiv in the first half of the day.

Fixed route buses and taxi run to the majority of local villages from the bus station.
