On the ground floor there is a sauna with a swimming pool and a lounge room with a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with a sitting room (electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, sink, necessary utensils, TV set);
2 triple rooms (every room has a double bed, a folding bunk, a TV with a tuner and a bathroom — WC, shower);
a balcony.
A folding sofa in the sitting room makes extra beds. The whole cottage can be rented.

On the first floor there is a lounge, double rooms (double bed, wardrobe, TV set), a nursery (bunk beds, wardrobe, TV set, computer) and a separated bathroom (shower, bath; WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
Near the lodge there is a garden, a gazebo with illumination and barbecue grill.
There is a mineral water stream not far from there, an open-air cage where deers live, a forest and a river.

Cooking facilities.
The nearest restaurant is 300 m far, the shop is 100 m far.

Parking.
Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV.
Ironing facilities, gazebo and barbecue facilities.
Rooms are cleaned on request, bed linen and towels (2 towels per person) are changed on request.

Sauna for 6-8 persons with a cold pool and a lounge — 300 UAH per hour.
Transfers from the railway station, to the ski lifts both in Yaremche and in Bukovel.

From Ivano-Frankivsk go to Yaremche, cross the centre of the town, then take the first turn to the right (near the drugstore), after the railway crossing turn to the left, go along the street for about 550 m, take a turn to the right and go up along the concrete road to the end of the street (about 100 m).
