There are two-storey cottage and house (up to 5 and 8 persons), gazebo and barbecue facilities, swing, trampoline on the territory. Heating: hot-water.

On the first floor there are 2 double rooms (one room has a double bed, commode, TV set, an extra bed — a folding armchair; another has a double bed, clothes hanger, TV set and balcony). In the host's house
on the first floor with private entrance there is a kitchen (electric cooker, frige, microwave oven, electric kettle, sink, kitchen utensils, table);
2 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe, balcony, an extra bed — sofa bed or 2 folding armchairs);
2 bathrooms (one has shower, WC; another has WC).

Cooking facilities are available.
The nearest cafè is 500 m and grocery store is 300 m far.

From Ivano-Frankivsk go to Yaremche town, go about 4 km from the town center and turn to the left upwards towards Podykh Karpat (Breath of the Carpathians) lodge road signs. Go approximately 250 m along the street (the cottage is located under the forest, on the left side of the road).
