National Park «Hutsulshchyna» was founded in 2002, May.
It is located within Kosiv district in Ivano-Frankivsk region. It occupies the area of 32248 hectares.
There are Pokuttya of the Precarpathians (350-500 m above the sea level) and the Outer Carpathians here. There are also rocks with the heigh of 20-40 m which are used by rock climbers and mountaineers, and quick and noisy waterfalls-«huky».
Mainly oak woods are an important resource of «Hutsulshchyna».
The rural tourism, ecotourism, ethno-tourism, cycling tourism are popularized, ski lifts operate here.
