The second hall display tells about USS (Ukrainian Sichovi Striltsi) Legion foundation in 1914. Later it became the main force of the Galician Army — the Army of ZUNR, the Western Ukrainian People's Republic. Some sections depict the events of 1918-1921 years.
The third hall is dedicated to UIA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army) struggle against the Stalin regime. The photos and arms, the collection of circulars and magazines, spreaded by the propaganda service of UIA, are of the great interest.
The special section of the display is devoted to Ukrainian political prisoners. It includes the map of prisons in USSR, personal things of prisoners. A great attention is paid to Ukrainian dissident movement. Here one can see a great ammount of photos, documents, personal things of underground organization participants.
