Three-storey house for 20-30 persons. On the ground floor there is a dining room (dining tables, TV set), 2 double rooms, a terrace.
On the first floor there are 4 double rooms and a balcony.
On the second floor there are 4 double rooms.
The hosts live on the ground floor.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Double room — a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe, TV set, a bathroom (shower, WC). In some rooms an extra bed (a single bed) is available.

Rate includes half board.
