Three-storey house with 3 rooms
On the second floor there are 3 double rooms (some of them have a balcony) and a hall with a couch. All rooms are spacious, each of them has a double bed, a TV set, a wardrobe and a bathroom (WC, shower or bathtub). Folding sofas make extra beds.

Two-storey cottage for 6 persons
On the ground floor there is a double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV set, bathroom — shower, WC). On the first floor there are 2 double rooms (double bed, wardrobe, TV set) and a bathroom (bath, WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Pets are not allowed.
There is a nicely arranged territory around the lodge, a playground, a gazebo.

There is a separate kitchen combined with a dining room (gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, dining tables). Cooking facilities are available.
Dietary meals in the dining rooms of Polyana or Sonyachne Zakarpattya spa resorts (for extra charge) near the lodge.

Parking and surroundings are under video control.
