Two-storey cottage with 2 rooms (for 4-8 persons). Near the house there is a gazebo, barbecue facilities, children's playground, summer pool. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace (folding couch, wardrobe, TV set, table with chair, a kitchenette — electric stove, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, washing machine);
a bathroom (bath, WC).
On the first floor there are 2 double rooms (each one has a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV set; one room has an extra bed — folding sofa). Heating: hot-water, hot air.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.
