Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.

Near the house there is a gazebo, a swing and barbecue facilities.

Go along the road Kyiv–Lviv–Chop (M-06), in Nyzhni Vorota village turn towards Volovets, go towards Pylypets. Near Shypit waterfall sign board turn to the right and go almost 3 km. The lodge is on the right side of the road.
