On the first floor (separate entrance from outside) there is a two room suite (one room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV set; the other one has a sofa bed, commode, balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC). Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 100 l boiler.

Nearby the house there is a gazebo, barbecue facilities and a swing.
