On the territory of the district there is Synevyr lake, Shypit waterfall, museum of woods and float etc. The district is crossed by Borzhava mountain valley, Pishkonya, Kamyanka, Krasna, Kuk, Myrsha. The peaks of the highest mountains are: Nehrovets — 1709 m, Stoy — 1681 m, Velyky Verkh — 1598 m, Kamyanka — 1578 m. The highest mountain in Mizhgirya district is Strymba — 1719 m.

By train of Uzhgorod direction get to Volovets station, and then by bus (except weekends) or taxi get to Mizhgirya. Transfer arrangement by the hosts is available.

Drive along the road Kyiv — Lviv — Chop (E-50/M-06), after Nyzhni Vorota village turn to Mizhgirya. It is possible to arrange a meeting with the hosts in the town center (at the bus station).
