A three-storey house with 12 rooms (up to 30 persons) and a two-storey house with 7 rooms (22 persons), a dining room (54 persons). On the territory there is a vat and a sauna, a children's playground, gazebos, barbecue facilities, swimming pools.
The complex can accommodate up to 57 persons.

Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

By train of Uzhgorod town direction get to Volovets station, then go by bus (except weekends) or take a taxi to Mizhgirya village. Transfer arrangement by the hosts is available.
