On the ground floor there is a dining room (sofa bed, table with chairs), a kitchen (electric stove, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink), a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 double rooms, a bathroom.
Heating: hot-water.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.

Meals are available by request.
