On the arranged territory there is an one-storey house (for 8-13 persons), a two-storey cottage (for 4 persons), gazebos, barbecue facilities, a swing and a swimming pool with heating, sauna, garden. In the one-storey house there are 4 rooms:
'White' — double room for 2 persons;
'Green' — double room with an extra bed;
'Grey' — two-tier family room for 4 persons with a balcony (will be available from April 1);
'Brown' — family room for 4 persons with a balcony (will be available from July 1).
Each room has a separate entrance from outside, its own kitchen and bathroom.
Heating: hot-water and electric convector heaters.
Water supply: cold and hot water is available 24 hours.
Uninterruptible power supply.

'White' has a double bed, a TV set, a clothes hanger, a dining table, a kitchen (electric stove, fridge, sink, dishes), a bathroom (shower, WC). 'Green' has a double bed, a sofa bed, a commode, a table with chairs, a TV set, a kitchen (electric stove, fridge, sink, dishes), a bathroom (shower, WC). 'Gray' — on the first tier there is a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV set, a kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, dishes), a bathroom (shower, WC); on the second tier there is a bedroom (double bed, a balcony). 'Brown' — family room for 4 persons with a balcony (will be available from July 1).
