On the ground floor there is a double room (double bed, TV set, fridge, electric kettle, bathroom — bathtub, WC). Sofa bed makes an extra bed. On the first floor there is a dining room with a kitchen area (microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, tableware, extra bed — sofa bed), 2 double rooms (double bed, TV set; bathroom — shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a balcony.
The entire floor is for hire.

Water supply: cold and hot water available round the clock.

Hosts live in the house nearby, there is a dining room for guests.

From Ivano-Frankivsk to Yaremche, in Yaremche turn towards the detour road, before the foot-bridge take a turn to the right, at the crossroad take a turn to the right again. The cottages are located on the left side.
