There is a two-storey house for 14-18 persons, an orchard (cherry trees, pear trees), a covered gazebo and barbecue facilities on the territory. The river flows nearby (swimming in summer is available). On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room (table with chairs), a sitting room (sofa bed, TV set) and a bathroom (shower, WC); on the first floor there are 2 standart rooms, 3 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and a bathroom (shower, WC).

Water supply: cold (spring) and hot water is available 24 hours.
