On the territory there is a three-storey cottage for 8-10 persons, a cottage for 8-10 persons, a gazebo, a swing and barbecue facilities, swimming pool with heating, children's pool with heating.

On the ground floor there is a sauna.
On the first floor (separate entrance from outside) there is a kitchen (electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, sink, table, TV set);
a semi deluxe suite (double bed, clothes hanger, commode, TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC, hairdryer);
a deluxe suite (a sitting room — a sofa bed, wardrobe; a bedroom — double bed, TV set, balcony; a bathroom — shower, WC, hairdryer).
On the second floor (separate entrance from outside) there is a lounge (couch, table, TV set);
a semi deluxe suite (double bed, clothes hanger, commode, TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC, hairdryer);
