On a closed area there is a two-storey cottage with 4 rooms (for 10-12 persons), a gazebo, barbecue facilities. There is a river and Chorna Tysa river nearby the cottage. On the ground floor with a separate entrance from outside there is a family suite.
On the first floor there is a terrace, a kitchen, a single room, 2 double rooms and a bathroom.
Heating: stove and electric convector heaters.
Water supply: cold water is available 24 hours, hot water — 2 boilers for 80 l each.
