Wines are made according to ancient recipes and traditional technologies. They are kept in oak containers (3000-11000 l capacity) at constant temperature 13-140C. The oldest wine 'Troyanda Zakarpatya' (Transcarpathian Rose) is made of 1986 year harvest.
There are 10 sorts of wine for tasting:
Cabernet, Merlot, Saperavi, Leanka, Moscato White, Tamyanka, Cahors, Izabella table wine.
Branded wines - 'Troyanda Zakarpatya' (Transcarpathian Rose) and 'Starovynny Zamok' (Ancient Castle).
Tasting is combined with historical information and guided tour.
