Three-storey house for 10-12 persons On the ground floor there are 2 semi deluxe suites (each has a double bed, wardrobe, TV set, extra bed — sofa bed; a bathroom — shower, WC, hairdryer). On the second floor there are 2 triple rooms (each has 3 single beds, wardrobe, TV set; a bathroom — shower, WC). Each room has a separate entrance from outside.

It's possible to ski down the trail to the house.

In the dining room half board (two meals) is available by request. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. The nearest cafè and grocery store are 50 m far.

Go along the road Kyiv — Lviv — Chop (М-06), pass Nyzhni Vorota village and turn in Mizhgirya direction. In Pylypets village turn towards Shypit sign board and go 5 km more, cross the bridge over the rive (on the left side of the road, by the tubs), then go upwards. The lodge is on the left side of the road.
